The Annual General Meeting for FOFP will take place on Thursday, September 16th at 6 p.m. under the new shelter. The meeting is open to everyone. Please bring a chair and be prepared to social distance.

Unfortunately, due to the continuing covid complications around holding large events, we have decided to not run the Halloween Pumpkin Walk this fall. With luck and hope and continued effort by everyone, we hope to be back in 2022.

Thank you to everyone who donated. We raised well over $5,000 to plant 25 Trees in 2020 to celebrate 25 Years of FOFP! Some of the additional money raised will be used to plant seedlings in the forested area of the park. The new trees look fantastic!

Not only do we have new trees, but there is now a shelter in the park as well! While it’s currently standing empty, there will soon be picnic tables underneath.
